This procedure is very commonly done under local anaesthetics. Upon request, the procedure can be performed under stronger intravenous anesthetics – short general anaesthetics. The patient is then asleep during surgery. The cost is 800 PLN / £160 / €186 when operating on one leg and 1500 PLN / £300 / €349 when operating on both legs. Needs to be booked in advance.
An overnight stay in the clinic under the care of a specialist nurse is possible but not required, the additional cost is 1000 PLN / £200 / €233. Needs to be booked in advance.
