Dr Metin Karadeniz

SURGEON – a specialist in gastric balloon treatment and surgical obesity treatment (gastric sleeve, gastric bypass).

He graduated from Ege University Faculty of Medicine, Izmir, Turkey in 2006. He completed his residency in General Surgery in Izmir Tepecik Training and Research Hospital in the years 2006-2011 and became General Surgery Specialist. Between 2012 and 2014, he worked at İzmir Karşıyaka State Hospital. Between 2014 and 2018, he worked in Izmir Private Medifema Hospital. In 2018 he has established Obesity and Metabolism Surgery Clinic in Izmir, Turkey.

The doctor has performed more than 3,000 successful surgeries (gastric sleeve, gastric bypass, SADI-S, and transit bipartition). He has worked with some of the biggest names in obesity surgery (Mehmet Görgün, Bruno Dillemans, Catalin Copaescu). He regularly attends many courses and congresses.
